It looks nice and feels sturdy once installed, BUT 1) the fact they have you remove the bottom tang for the fixed stock variant is entirely unnecessary and born only only out of bad design. They could have easily designed this same stock for Arsenal rifles without having to remove the bottom tang. And 2) the fit is extremely poor. I spent literally hours filing away at the piece that fits into the receiver to make it fit, and I still had to squeeze it into my SAM5. I have many, many AKs but have never had such a bad time trying to fit a piece of furniture to a gun, never had to remove so much material. This was designed by someone who saw an Arsenal SAM series rifle years ago and designed a stock based on memory, not by someone who has ever had to fit this to an Arsenal rifle. Horrible experience. But, once you do it installed, yeah it looks pretty sick.
